Rimon operates from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our online store is built for customers in and around the capital. If you need help finding us or arranging a visit, please contact us through the Contact page.

Browse the Shop, open a product to choose size and color where available, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account (including sign-in with Google) or continue as a guest. After placing an order, you can track it on the Orders page using the phone number you provided.

All prices on Rimon are displayed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The amount shown on each product, in your cart, and at checkout is the total before any agreed delivery or service fees.

Go to Orders from the menu and enter the phone number used at checkout. If you are signed in, your recent orders appear automatically. For any issue with tracking or order status, contact our team and we will help you.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help before your order is prepared. Once processing has started, changes may not always be possible.

Nationwide and international shipping is not available yet. Rimon is focused on serving customers in Addis Ababa. We are working on delivery options and will announce them on the website when they launch.

Until our delivery service goes live, order fulfilment is arranged locally in Addis Ababa. After you checkout, our team will contact you by phone with pickup or handover details. Please keep your phone available and double-check your number at checkout.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or the wrong size or color was sent, contact us within a reasonable time with your order details and photos if needed. We will review each case and offer an exchange, replacement, or refund where appropriate, in line with Ethiopian consumer practices and our store policy.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Reach out via the Contact page with your order number and the size or color you need. Unworn items with original tags may qualify for exchange; our team will confirm the next steps.

No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you save favorites, sign in faster next time, and use Google sign-in. Admin and staff accounts are separate and used only for store management.
